Refund Policy

Please choose carefully, as we’re unable to return or exchange products from Zippy Shark for change of mind.

• The items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product along with the original invoice.

• The item must be in its original, unused condition and still have its original packaging, including attached tags and labels.

• Only store credit will be offered for returned items (unless item is deemed faulty)

We have used our best endeavours to ensure the images used on the website and official social media platforms are an accurate representation of the products in the Zippy Shark collection.

We will not reimburse postage costs for returned/exchanged products unless the product is defective, faulty, or we shipped the wrong item to you.

If you believe your package is damaged on arrival, please contact the courier and us directly. Our Terms & Conditions, including your rights in relation to consumer guarantees, apply to all products purchased from the website.
